Updates

General Service Summary As Of December 2024:

During 2022, 2023, and 2024 visits, MUCH time and prayer was invested in planning for completion of our assembly building and planning for future services on and around Gloria Solo a Dios (GSD).  Having stewarded the property for seven years, having solid oversight in place with a service lead in Jesse and Yohana, a very good full time farm worker and guard, our service opportunities and progress are ONLY limited by financing.

 

Service Options and Goals:

Our goal for 2025 is to engage fully in door to door, neighborhood services, growing relationships beyond those we have already established and provide water for, and to determine the most needed services in our neighborhood.  As of this writing, this HAS been realized with: weekly Sunday feeding and fellowship gatherings, children’s and youth weekly fellowship and game gatherings, skill specific teaching like art for the purpose of skill development, farm produce feeding program distribution, and wholesome sports gatherings.

 

Donors have committed to another year of funding weekly Sunday gatherings, and door to door services in our neighborhood around GSD.  Sunday gatherings now average 30-75 people.  All assemblies draw 15+ children.  Those recent assemblies on our GSD property affirm that MANY want us to start soccer and baseball sports gatherings too.  Jesse has a decade of experience implementing sports gatherings.  We just need the field(s).

 

Remaining on our dream list of service possibilities are:  weekly midweek gatherings, marriage enhancement classes, young parents child raising classes, men’s and women’s Bible studies, youth feeding program(s), Bible study fellowship for recipients of our distributed water, addiction recovery meetings, and more....
